Lorenzo Balzano assists his clients, project developers, industrials and investors for all real estate-related matters (land management, construction, leases, audit of real estate asset purchases and sales, “Grenelle” regulation and asset “greenisation” issues, etc.).
Lorenzo has also developed a renowned expertise in industrial environment law (classified facilities, wastes, restoration of polluted sites, sanitary regulations applicable to property goods – asbestos, xylophagous insects, plumbism, legionella, etc.).
He has been a member of the Paris bar since 2001. He also is a RICS-accredited Chartered Surveyor (“Environment”). Prior to found Kalliopé, Lorenzo practiced in the real estate department of the well-known Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés (2001-2007).
Lorenzo has graduated from Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) law school (DESS real estate and construction law, 1999) and audited the DEA in environment law’s classes at La Sorbonne (Paris I) law school (2002).
He teaches at continuing legal education programmes and participates in colloquia in his areas of expertise.
Lorenzo is a member of the Cercle 30 and Club des Développeurs Immobiliers et Fonciers (CDIF).
