Florence Coussau advises domestic and international listed and unlisted groups, as well as mid-sized and start-ups in all areas of social security law (individual and collective relations), both in counseling and litigation.
Florence advises companies on employment-related issues arising in the context of M&A and private equity transactions, business transfers, economic layoffs, as well as on day-to-day employment-related issues such as individual dismissals, employee representative bodies, collective bargaining, working hours, international mobility, etc.
She also assists senior executives and executive officers, particularly in the negotiation of compensation or departure packages, as well as before the courts.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, Florence began her career with the niche law firm Flichy Grangé in 2004, then joined the international law firm Jones Day in 2006, where she practiced for 14 years, notably as Counsel.
Florence Coussau is a graduate of King's College London and Paris I Panthéon - Sorbonne Universities (LLB in English law and Maîtrise en droit privé, 2001), as well as the Universities of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium and Paris I Panthéon - Sorbonne (DEA in business law and DES in economic law, 2002).
Florence provides training to her clients and participates in conferences in her areas of expertise. She is a member of Avosial and AJPK (Paris I/King's College).
