Julie assists and advises French and foreign companies in structuring their contractual relations and drafting commercial contracts of all types (service, distribution, supply, subcontracting, franchise, sales representative contracts etc.).
She also represents her clients before the civil and commercial courts regarding their litigation in business law (commercial litigation, sudden termination, liability, litigation between shareholders, post-acquisition litigation, distribution, international contracts, enforcement proceedings, etc.), and in the procedures and operations of judicial expertise, while promoting, if they wish, an amicable way of settling disputes.
