Noémie was admitted to the Bar in 2018, after passing the 2017 Paris Bar exam with honors.
She graduated from the University of Paris II - Pantheon ASSAS with a Master II degree in Public Business Law.
She also holds two Master I degrees, one in Public Law from the University of Paris I - Pantheon Sorbonne and another in International and European Union Law from the University of Helsinki, during an Erasmus exchange.
Noémie assists Jocelyn Duval in matters pertaining to environmental law, renewable energy law, town-planning law and public procurement law. Her practice encompasses both counseling and litigation.
