This transaction is part of the Group&#8217;s strategy to strengthen its position in the fertiliser market. It will enable SCODEV to continue its development by expanding its product range, strengthening its territorial coverage in France and pooling resources with the group.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kalliop\u00e9 assisted CGFI with all the transactional and corporate aspects of the deal, with a team made up of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/lawyer\/guillaume-martinet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guillaume Martinet<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/lawyer\/alexia-berbain-faguer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alexia Berbain Faguer <\/a>(partners), who have been assisting CGFI&#8217;s managers with their development operations since 2006, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/our-talents\/\">Karim Bouhali <\/a>(associate).
