The group is a strategic supplier to the French armed forces and to several armed forces across Europe and worldwide. <\/p><p>Founded in 2012 by R\u00e9gis Gherardini and Olivier Meyer, the group has built its position on the development of unique expertise, responsiveness, agility and control over its entire value chain.<\/p><p>The transaction, which includes a significant reinvestment by the group\u2019s founders and executives, as well as by Galiena Capital, a shareholder since 2021, marks an important step in the group\u2019s expansion.
