He previously worked at the BIC and Danone groups, where he served as the head of intellectual property for almost 10 years. In 2011, he co-founded DBK, a law firm renowned for its expertise in intellectual property. J\u00e9r\u00f4me joins Kalliop\u00e9, together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/lawyer\/soraia-santos\/\">Soraia Santos<\/a>, associate, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/lawyer\/chloe-laure\/\">Chlo\u00e9 Laure<\/a>, paralegal.<\/p><p>The scope of activity of the new team is wide, spanning literary and artistic property as well as industrial property. In the area of personal data protection, the team handles both compliance and litigation matters.<\/p><p>The team has developed a strong expertise in a variety of sectors, ranging from industry to new technologies and R&amp;D, including fashion, design, art, sport, media, advertising, entertainment and communication, and complements Kalliop\u00e9&#8217;s strong sector expertise in industry, energy, infrastructure, real estate development and investment.<\/p><p>The team will work closely with Kalliop\u00e9&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/our-know-how\/contract-drafting-and-negotiation\/\"> Contract Drafting and Negotiation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/our-know-how\/litigation-arbitration-mediation\/\">Litigation &#8211; Arbitration &#8211; Mediation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/our-know-how\/compliance-csr\/\">Compliance &#8211; CSR<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/our-know-how\/corporate-ma-private-equity\/\">Corporate &#8211; M&amp;A &#8211; Private Equity<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalliope-law.com\/en\/our-know-how\/employment-social-security\/\">Employment &#8211; Social Security teams.<\/a><\/p><p>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Buscail comments: \u201c<em>I share with Kalliop\u00e9 a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a \u2018business-orientated\u2019 vision of our profession.
