Florence Bouthillier
Florence is a Partner and the co-head of Kalliopé’s Real Estate – Construction – Urban Planning practice. She is also a member of the Energy & Infrastructure team.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989, she has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and construction law, with strong expertise in private law matters.
She advises developers, investors, institutional clients, project developers and industrial groups on all their real estate and construction-related matters.
The complementarity of her expertise enables her to deliver efficient, tailored solutions that take into account every aspect of her clients’ specific situations.
Florence is able to address her clients’ cross-disciplinary issues, both in advisory and litigation matters.
Having been involved in numerous projects for renewable energy players, she has developed recognized expertise in this sector, although the core of her practice focuses on real estate investment and development, as well as property development.
