Lawyer

Achille is a lawyer within Kalliopé’s Intellectual Property team.  He acts for a highly diverse client base, handling both advisory and contentious matters.
He assists his clients across all areas of intellectual property law, namely literary and artistic property (copyright, neighbouring rights, image rights), industrial property (trademark law, patents, designs and models, domain names), and also acts in matters relating to unfair competition and parasitic practices.
Achille also assists his clients in the negotiation / drafting of commercial and IT agreements involving the exploitation of intellectual property rights.
Finally, he also acts in matters relating to the protection of personal data.
