Ruben is a lawyer in Kalliopé’s Real Estate – Construction – Urban Planning team.
He advises and assists French and international clients in their real estate transactions, including construction, acquisitions and disposals, urban planning matters, commercial and civil leases, and project structuring, particularly in the retail and logistics sectors.
He is also involved in dispute management, including court proceedings and enforcement measures.
Ruben joined Kalliopé in 2026 after working with the real estate departments of several international law firms, both in advisory and litigation matters.

- real estate development and construction/restructuring operations: works contracts, AMO (assistance to the contracting authority) and MOD (delegated project management), general contractor contracts, CPI (real estate development contracts) and VEFA (sales before completion);
