The law firm Kalliopé advised Green Neon, a partnership between WATTS.green Renewable Energy Fund I, I4B – The Belgian Infrastructure Fund, SPDG and Victrix, on the acquisition of three operational wind farms in the north of France.
This major transaction, led by lead investor WATTS.green, was completed with SUSI Renewable Energy Fund II, an investment vehicle managed by SUSI Partners.
The three wind farms, comprising 17 turbines, have a total installed capacity of 40 MW. Green Neon’s objective is to optimise the existing infrastructure in order to improve its efficiency and performance, thereby contributing to Europe’s energy transition and energy independence.
Kalliopé advised Green Neon on all corporate aspects of the transaction, with a team comprised of Tanguy d’Everlange (partner) and Ava Sereshki (associate).
