Kalliopé Law Firm advised the shareholder of Culture d’Objet on the company’s combination with the DIAM Group, with the support of Ardian Expansion and BNP Paribas Développement.
Founded in 1992 and based in Fontenay-le-Comte, Vendée, Culture d’Objet specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and reuse of environments, exhibitions and sets for leading luxury houses in France and internationally, particularly in the fine watchmaking sector.
Awarded the French Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, Culture d’Objet brings together outstanding craftsmanship and expertise, particularly in cabinetmaking, marquetry, sculpture, lacquering and display case manufacturing.
The DIAM Group is a global player in merchandising and retail fit-out for leading luxury and beauty houses. The acquisition of Culture d’Objet, which joins Prugent, the DIAM Group’s Fit-Out division, will enable the Group to further develop its high-end offering and broaden the range of services it provides to luxury houses.
Kalliopé advised the shareholder of Culture d’Objet on all the transactional aspects with a team comprising Tanguy d’Everlange (Partner) and Ava Sereshki (Associate).
